Have you ever found yourself in a position where you're sick and you have been going to friends, family and experts for a cure only to find yourself worse!. Much of this is due to the multitude of myths about our health or clinical diseasease that are constantly circulating the internet, cafes, pubs, restaurants, businesss and music events etc. In some cases, the real answer is unknown or unclear leaving the room for our imagination to run will with all sorts of theories. This blog however, looks to idenitfy those myths for which there is very strong/indisputable evidence to bust them wide open!!
